As well as identifying whether ECP is effective in the treatment in CLAD, we are also interested in understanding more about what it is like to live with CLAD. We plan to interview 30 participants, to learn more about their:

• experience of living with CLAD and its impact on their everyday lives
• awareness of lung transplant rejection or CLAD prior to their diagnosis
• thoughts about current treatments for CLAD, including ECP.

Through these interviews, we hope to gain important information about experiences of CLAD and ECP which will inform and shape any future implementation.
